We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for full refund. YOK will issue a full refund as quickly as possible within 30 days of purchase in the form and amount tendered for the original transaction. Please contact our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will provide return shipping instructions.
All returns must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached.
Merchandise received after 30 days will only be accepted at our discretion or for an online store credit.
We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via YOK's website.
Sorry but we do not refund shipping expenses unless we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective.
